This Cookie Notice explains how Eden AI, Inc. ("Eden," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at edenhq.com and our product at app.edenhq.com (collectively, the "Sites"). For broader information about how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary.

Better Auth session cookies (on app.edenhq.com). These cookies are required to keep you signed in to the Eden product. The Site will not function correctly without them, and they cannot be disabled.

2.2 Analytics and performance.

We use the following analytics providers on our marketing site:

  • Vercel Analytics — aggregated, privacy-friendly traffic measurement (page views, referrers, country-level location). Vercel Analytics does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. See Vercel's privacy policy.
  • Vercel Speed Insights — anonymous performance measurement (Core Web Vitals such as Largest Contentful Paint and Interaction to Next Paint). Speed Insights does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. See Vercel's privacy policy.

2.3 Advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies or interest-based advertising on the Sites.

3. Your choices

  • Browser controls: Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies through their settings. If you block strictly-necessary cookies on app.edenhq.com, you will not be able to sign in.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we honor a baseline of no-targeted-advertising regardless of signal, GPC and DNT signals do not change our processing.
  • Account-level controls: Once you are signed in, you can view, export, or delete the Customer Data associated with your Account by contacting privacy@edenhq.com.

Information about the cookies we use may be updated from time to time. We will reflect material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
